HOW DOES THE INTUITIVE PLANNER WORK? 3 STEPS
STEP 1. After you learn the tutorial section, you’ll be prompted to take an initial assessment of your current goals and where you currently stand with planning structures.
STEP 2. The planning section helps you intuitively decide which tasks must be done, which are from your gut, and which would be nice if done, but not to worry about. With extra tracking notes for energy, tasks, and boundaries.
STEP 3. After every seven days, you’ll have the option to assess how you did and if you noticed any areas of improvement. You can also learn your average energy levels and how to boost them or work with them.
